Alright.
You drove how far knowing you had a coolant leak? That's just asking for problems! Not a smart choice.

So you said the radiator was leaking. Had a shop replace it, then got upset when there was another problem.

Now you want to put silicone on the hose to fix it those radiator hoses are cheap. Just fix it right.

And seized means the engine will not turn, you dot have a seized engine.

I think it's time for you to find another shop. Let them pressure test the system and check for a blown head gasket.
And tell them another shop replaced the radiator and then said the engine was done.
