What does "replica" mean? How is it different from the original BMW wheel of this style? Fitment good?

Replica means that are not Original Equipment wheels. Quality can vary from cheapazz knockoffs to good quality...no idea if that vendor has good stuff. They are 'copies'. Some fit great, some not so much.

Also will these bolt right on to my e53, no clearance issues in any way with anything?
Those wheels listed have a wheel hub bore size for E70, not E53...it is a larger hole; some posters have reported using hub centric rings, but I have no hard opin, though I would prefer the proper/smaller bore size.

eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

Would they weigh more?
Probably.

Thank you!
Other posters and wheel mavens will probably add on...
