Finally removed the TCU/SOS and installed the ULF Bluetooth! I had a buddy at the dealer run through the programming. All that was needed was the new ULF and the pairing button for the center console. The mic, antenna, bracket, and antenna cable were in my kit from getbmwparts.com, but I didn't need them.

I have wanted this feature since before I even got my first 2004 X5 7 years ago! So cool!
