My X has been at my indy (with over 30 years of German experience) for the past few months. He called me last week and told me to have it towed to a dealer. It does start but is limited to just a few miles an hour. He's tried 3 different gas pedals and they all throw the sames codes and put the truck into engine failsafe.

Of course, I'm frustrated and fear what a trip to the dealer will cost me. It's also over 150 miles one way to where it needs to go. At this point, I think I might just have it towed back home to sit. I just hate having to make payments, pay insurance, and plates on a truck I can't drive.

I know that there's not much chance that anyone can help solve the problem, but it's good to vent sometimes.
