I love the look!! What would be a fair used price for these?

Do you think I will need the fender flares? I do not have them currently...any link to buy them online?

Also, what tire choice would you go with these rims? I want something that can handle rain, some snow etc...all season tires. In Arkansas, we get very little snow, but my wife drives the car mostly, so something safe and dependable.
