Wow this thread is depressing. I put 20% down thinking I didn't want to be under water on my loan but based on these prices it's already underwater !!

It's definitely a keeper but man I never thought that it would be depreciating this fast. Makes me wonder whether I should sell it to cut my losses and get into a Porsche or something that retains its value better.
