Yes, it is possible. I just installed an IceLink Plus in my X5 with NAV and DSP. What you need is the Source Selector, which is a switch that allow you to select between your CD changer and IPOD. Ask Tom from Dension about it. Although, I don't see the point of keeping the CD changer after installing the 60 GB Video Ipod, I would like to keep my options open. The switch works flawlessly.
