I don't know of any company making a quick steering rack for the X5 without going cu$tom.
One solution, that may not be legal though, is to install a steering quickener on the steering column. Dividing ratios of 1.5 and 2.0 are availables. But, the steering column needs to be cut and spined adapters welded to the shaft.

I installed one on my E30 when I was doing rallys. The ratio went from 4 turns lock to lock to 2 turns lock to lock.
