This think need to steer quicker, I always understeer becasue I cant turn the wheel fast enough sometimes in low speed areas.

The 5'ers only used racks on the 6 cyl models. They're not up to the duty on the X5. The v8's used recirc ball, but that would entail much more customization to swap to the M5 recirc ball system. Either way you're asking for trouble as you're increasing the risk of rollover.
Get some urethane bushings, a more aggressive alignment, and camber plates (not sure if you can with air suspension) and you'll notice much better turn-in and increased mid-corner stability.
