First take out the LED just go back to stock, and make sure you have no code with stock bulb (this is important, I had bad contact on park/brake light it gave me warning even with good bulb). I fixed it by sanding and soldering a good layer of silver tin on the contact, no problem even after 4-years.
Then you can add the LED.
I have LED AE tied to fog light and no code so I know you can parallel both regular bulbs and LED to kill the warning. but it'll flicker the LED at start up and periodically when engine running.
