My 2c........

Doesn't sound like a driveshaft issue to me, it's too high pitched.... Is it coming from inside the engine bay or from in the cabin?

My money would be on a bearing of some sort and the only things I can think of are.....

Engine Bay
1. Power steering pump
2. One of the accessory belts
3. Radiator Fan rubbing

And my only suggestion for in the cabin would be the dreaded blower motor

You can rule out the directional lights by turning them off and seeing if it still makes the noise
