I know a buyer would want all service records, and an indy inspection, but with those, under $11k for 2002 sport sounds low. I presume orig 18" wheels?

Unfortunately, (unless the buyer's name is Phred) if you do your own service, you will take a hit on resale value, as no one in their right mind believes you took care of everything and will properly suppose that it'll cost 'em 2K to get it correctly maintenanced. MHO
