Hey guys, just wanted some opinions on what to do. I got 1st floor renters who has a car basicly stored in my drive way area. Its out of the way and not causing any issues but the family went to another country for business purposes. I believe the daughter is still here with another family living in the first floor. Car has been there for like half a year now and my dad says they dont want it anymore but don't have the title so they and we can't sell it. My idea was to contact the owners through the daughter for them to send a ID for us to fill out a recovery for a title and than we could take ownership and sell the thing or just get rid of it. is there anything else i can do? dad was about just say that the owners dumped the car here and let them tow it but i don't want the daughter to get into trouble since they pay rent and they don't cause any problems. any advices on what to do with the car?
