Any clause in the lease agreement regarding storage specifically cars? Is the daughter on the lease?

If the lease agreement allows it and the parked car is not bothering you may be you can ask them (the daughter) to pay for car storage. I would be very nice about the whole thing since you say they are paying tenants.
