hi guys, quick update.
the cable came with INPA, NCS Expert and WinKFP but they were all old versions.
i tried updating with BMW standard tools 2.11 and that broke all the customisation.
INPA out of the box does work fine with my E53.
WinKFP i can make work fine and perform updates with BMW standard tools 2.11 after doing all the required file moving, etc.
I am trying to get SSS progman working now but i am having trouble with my Base 3.1 install disc... BSOD!!!! arrrgghhh
i'll keep you guys posted...
Cable is working fine though....however for my E53 i did have to short pins 7+8 together.
