Next day (12 hours) battery totally dead. Stealer says prob with my DEPO AE's, surprise.
Install OE battery, no AE's 2 days, all is well.
Re-attached AE's last five days. all is well.
As stated many times here, wonky electronics? start with the battery. And feel free to verbally bash me, but if you can afford it? get the BMW OE stupidly expensive battery (replaced < 2 year old highly recommended Optoma)...

Just an fyi, as those who have aftermarket angel eyes AND aftermarket HIDs in their fogs can probably attest to, at certain times under certain conditions (i mostly notice it in the cold), when you turn on the fogs, the hazards start flashing and the interior lights turn on.
I drive most of the time only with my fogs on since the LED angel eyes are so bright already. But if the phenomenon occurs where the hazards come on/interior light illuminates with activation of the HID fogs, I can turn off the hazards and the interior lamp immediately but when i actually shut the car off and the interior lamp comes on again, when i get out the car, and shut and lock the doors with the key, THE ALARM WILL BEEP INDICATING THE ALARM IS SET BUT THE DOOR LOCK CARRIAGES WILL REMAIN IN THE UP POSITION, DOORS UNLOCKED AND THE INTERIOR LIGHT WILL NOT SHUT OFF.
i believe you were a victim of the aforementioned my friend and that is the culprit that drained your battery. I just wanted to share this in case anyone else experiences the same issue.
If you unlock and relock the doors again with the remote with the car off, all troubles will be cleared until the next time it happens.
