Never had a problem with dipstick or oil fill cap. Only one hand and half twist.

The coolant reservoir cap is another matter. The clearance on my '05 isn't much more than a #2 pencil, so my fingers can't really get around the cap. I kind of have to push down on the top and twist, like the childproof cap from the Pharmacy.
