tuning or "Ton-ing" as a friend of mine is prone to say, will exasperate issues that the manufacturer knows to exist but that they built to a tolerance not to be exceeded within their warranty parameters.

they built it, they back it for a specified period of time. you mess with it and it breaks you will most likely pay to fix it. if that is how you roll OP............ go for it.

personally ard, i believe an E70 should be flogged early and often. drive it like ya stole it in hopes that it breaks within the warranty period. i have 12K left on my extended warranty and i am shopping for a new transmission. it has started to get a touch clunky recently. if it can be broken, i am the guy to do it. whether i get in under the wire....................... this is not one of my strong points.
