UPDATE:

I took the car in on Thursday morning and they kept it overnight as the iDrive knob (which was peeling) had to be ordered. Despite my request to put the codes on the service order they did not put the actual codes. This is what the work order say:

Replaced AIR COOLER (17-51-7-805-150) as the DDE had intercooler plausibility stored but there was nothing wrong with the intercooler visually.

Replaced CHARGE-AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR (13-62-8-519-444) as per service bulletin.

Replaced iDRIVE KNOB (65-82-9-240-956).

Changed OIL/Filter and Topped DEF.

All done under warranty.

I drove the car today and everything looks and feels good.
