Thank you all so much for the advice and fix. I checked the tool box and the spare compartment and everything was nice and secure. I had not had the chance to check the battery yet, as the truck is currently at the dealership. One more thing I forgot to add was when it started leaking water, all my cameras (top view and backup) were knocked out but this morning everything is back to normal again (a nice breezy sunny day). Do you think if the wiring harnesses were inadvertently damaged by the rain? Gonna keep my fingers crossed that BMW does waterproof their wiring.
