So, the check brake linings gone. Rear brake pads,sensor and rotors was replaced and now the car run like a champ again.

Here's the reason of "CHECK BREAK LININGS" on:

The sensor has the circuit open, see the pics before (new) and after (used)

NEW:


USED (if you don't change it, your warning "CBL" will never turn off)

REAR PADS PART NUMBER (FA91, E53, 4.8is 2005/2006, Germany)

NEW ROTOR, PAD and SENSOR:


After have all set replaced, follow the sequence above like cvboot said:

1. OPEN THE DRIVERS DOOR - LEAVE IT OPEN
2. TURN THE KEY TO POSITION 2
3. WAIT FOR THE LIGHT TO GO OUT (10 seconds and gone)
