I think I'll get the stock BMW part and then wire the jack to the inside of the console ashtray, it's a perfect spot for my Droid3 Global and will be hidden when the ashtray is closed. Also, I'm not an iOS fan so no iphone port is needed, hence the DICE isn't a great option for me.
