I will order this valve body kit, but at first I need to get my car going. My mechanic has another valve body where we can get those springs.
Phil, Will this kit defiantly fit my valve body? Since I have 4.6 and a part number is different form 4.4 X5 valve body. I would suppose there is a difference, but the question is where.
Do you have any ideas?
Let’s say the part number (24347521640) is for my car.

But for 4.4 X5 same year is (24347521639)
RealOEM.com * BMW E53 X5 4.4i A5S440Z CONTROL VALVE ASSY

and the valve body for 4.4 is cheaper. So, the difference lies beneath where?
Or All those springs are same length in two different valve bodies?
