Hi All, In the Uk it is well Known that the X5 & Range Rover gearboxes fail around the 100,000 Mile mark...! This is due to a paper type gaskit on the autoclutch...! This breaks down & mixes with the transmission fulid clogging up the oilways in the box......! Symptons are jerky gearchanges further resulting to gearbox failure......!
