I agree with that, I guess I should have clarified my point.
What should the difference be between a new $60k (probably low $50's after rebates and negotiation) car with a warranty versus one that is 3+ years old with 66k miles and no factory warranty?
I think for me it would be more than $15k. Given my current driving style, I know I won't break that 50k miles in four years. Others might blow through that quickly and won't value it as highly, so getting used might be better for them.
I don't have access to galves right now, but I would check on there to see what they are selling for at auction and what type of discount would be expected for something with that many miles. I've found their numbers to be reasonable in the past.
