Yea 42. BUt I've since done it with IR gun, and closed at 32-35 pointed on the oil dripping out in the fill hole. The difference was in grams. During this temp range it doesn't pour out like crazy.
When I did it by just timing it. I kept it running for 10 min, and I think I passed the temp range, I'm guessing I must have hit around 60C, so then the fluid was really coming out. Like hard core. Don't do this. I had to redo with IR gun because of this.
Recap instructions.
So fill up with car cold, it will start to leak out.
Leave plug open, pump still in place, get in car and start.
Go through gears as per above.
3 sec in each gear.
Leave car running, jump under, and pump in more.
It will overflow and start leaking.
Take out pump and wait till the temp is in the range.
Once in the range, wait for it to leak/drip 1 more min, then close it off.
Those are the exact instructions from the GT1.
