Dealer does not have any say in PC or the Munich pickup date. I have done PCD and my dealer will send email to PC and copy me, and from that point communication is between me and PC. I ask them what dates they have available around my pick-up time and then I choose from those dates.

Always deal directly with PC. I have their email in case you need.
You can still ask them if there are any earlier dates available if you want to pickup early, and your car is ready. My last PCD was in 2 weeks notice and I just asked them what is the earliest date available. They gave me 3 date options.

PCD is a busy place. On my last PCD, which was a weekday, the BMW shuttle bus which came to pick us up at Marriott was packed full.

Still its worth the experience. They treat you good. Going to another dealer will mean your PCD being delayed even further.
