The Performance Center does the best they can. They're already delivering cars in the front parking lot and splitting up the groups into shifts of deliveries to get through them all. From what I was told when I did ED+PCD (they didn't brief me on the car at all, just checked my ID, gave me the second key and said bon voyage), they can keep your car for a maximum of one month after they receive it. Is the problem that your car is already in production? I would see if the dealer can put your car on the lot and order a new one, but its not their fault that the PC is booked.
