The higher miles, warranty situation and lack of components kind of makes me gag at this vehicle. I have a (almost) fully loaded 2007 4.8 and I paid more than you, but it's CPO, has many more features and I'm just now at 49,540 miles on the clock. It's an 08/07 vehicle...oh, and I don't need tires nor brakes for quite some time.

Even for 27k, that thing ain't worth your time.
