It helps to have a Bentley manual when you are DIYing. Even if you know how to do a repair you still NEED the torque spec of the fasteners you are removing/installing! If you find a DIY with torque specs you are relying on data that can possibly be incorrect, I doubt the DIY poster will step up and pay for additional repair costs due to stripped threads/damaged and broken parts due to fat fingered typing or incorrect info. Get the BMW bible and proceed.
