I forgot to give the engine a thorough cleaning after relacing all the parts. There were little puddles of oils still trapped in certain areas and would give the impression that there was still a leak. Once clean drove for a couple of days with the bottom cover off and stayed clean. The culprit were the front top timing cover. Completely fell apart. Hope that helps.
