when you first get in your car and turn the ignition on ( noticeable only at night ) have you noticed the Angel eyes flickering even though the lights themselves are not turned on, i imagine the car must pulse a voltage to the different systems to check they are ok.

with the LEDs i have, they very noticeably flicker until the car is started
