Hi and thanks for your reply.

I managed to do it by removing the whole thing. Im not entirely sure what you mean. I found it really hard to remove and install the new trim even after eventually getting the glovebox out. The metal rod was tight, and the stop disc for the other plastic rod was a nightmare to reinstall.

Regarding the glovebox: When i thought all screws were out, there was still 4 more hidden under the glovebox "well". The well had to come out in 2 pieces to be able to get it out. And by "out" i only mean 10 cm out due to some electrical cables which didn't have much slack.

Now i "only" have the doors left
