PPS - even if people did give you monthly payment amounts, they wouldn't help you, only confuse you more

Some states tax the whole cap cost, some only tax the "financed" amount.
Some states require it in cash up front. Other states allow it to be rolled into the final selling price. Other states just assess it/collect it on the monthly payment.
