The base MF is set in stone. What the dealer offers you is not set in stone. In fact dealers make a nice pile of money raising it on you. You need to make sure you get .00185, and not have it go up one tiny blip.
$1000 above invoice is too high. The E70 has been out for a LONG time, and a replacement is coming in 2014. You should get a better deal than that. I got 6.5% off MSRP (which is roughly $320 above invoice)
Also make sure they are giving you the $4,500 eco-credit on top of any other discounts. (when i bought it was only $3,500, so your final deal should be even better than mine)
And make sure they don't charge you stupid fees (doc fee, prep fee, i want a nice lunch fee, etc)
