There is some sort of a 'voltage interruption' error on the transmission module (I dont remember exactly since my mechanic did the check with autologix?) which makes me think that the problem is certainly electrical.

The battery is new and the alternator checks ok. What do you guys think would be the culprit? (I have replaced my transmission module briefly with another used one which didnt fix the issue)..

Meanwhile I am also experiencing delayed engagement (from P to D especially, not very frequently though) which I blamed the valve body first, but that also was replaced with a rebuilt one and when I test the solenoids they seems to engage fine..

I have been reading rear subframe bushings may cause some of the transmission issues (some sort of disengagement of tranny when hitting a bump?), I know mine are very old and need replacement. I will take care of it when I have the funds..

Hey, I still like my X5, drives the best (when no problems, of course)..
