To answer your question:
WHEEL - Width and offset is everything. With regard to just strict fitment, you have to do the math on the width and offset. And if you got that down, you can get away without modding anything on the car. If you stay with the factory offset and not go over 2" width from stock, you should be fine. Thats a best guestimate

TIRE - Your stock tires are 255/50/19 and 285/45/19, correct? If so you have a 29.09" overall rolling diameter. The proper tire size would be 265~285, 25series, R24. Unfortunately there doesnt seem to be 25series tires for 24" and only 30series. And with 285/30series you will get an overall rolling diameter of 30.73" or almost 6% difference, which is enough to mess with your ABS not to mention your speedo and strain to your tranny. The ABS can tolerate upto 4% difference.
