Yeah, good luck getting it off the ball joint, I had to replace the ball joint also. If you do make sure the ball joint starts in the hole, I had one that was .5mm too big and almost stripped the threads trying to force it in there.

I tightened mine while it was up but I have a sport model and light the tighter suspension. I really haven't noticed it tighter than before though.
