this is an old thread and you probably have resolved this issue... but in case if you have not... in the TV setting menu you should choose the US, or USA or the NTSC as the location, and the signal should sync from that point on - your module is probably set to PAL or SECAM as it came from Europe and the monitor is set to NTSC, while your headrest monitors are probably autosensing the type of the signal...
