did you wire up the AV portion of the harness? the one that goes to the rear portion of the center console and sits at one of the 4 openings? 2 openings for the rear seat heaters, one for the AV and the other one for the channel changing button?

If you have the AV wired up, try to disconnect the antenna and engage a video source to the TV module's AV input and see if the picture is still jumpy. then try to feed video source to the rear camera input and activate the rear camera and see if the that picture jumps...

white plug at the TV module, pin 13, rear camera (+), pin 14 rear camera (-)

TV blue plug
pin 17 - when ground applied, the reverse camera feed is activated and overtakes the screen.
