Exactly what I thought! When I inquired, the service rep said that because my wife did not lock the car when she left it, the battery drained and was therefore her fault. I mentioned that the window sensor was faulty and the window would go all the way up then stop half way down (this has happened since we bought it new). I again asked that if the window was faulty, that is why the battery discharged and they replied about the pushing the button twice thing. I was deployed to Afghanistan so I didn't press it further and paid the money. I would have bought a battery in any parts store for $100-$150 (expensive side) and saved a bunch...oh well I supposed it is a price to pay for owning a BMW.
