I suspect the OBC (on the middle of the bottom of the instrument cluster) and navigation screen (if vehicle is so equipped) would read in metric, including all the related conversions (e.g. temperatures would read in Degrees Centigrade and fuel economy would read in Litres/100kms).

Of course, that's just my best guess.
