Hi all,

I'm having a problem with the leather in the seats cracking on my X5. I have the Multi-Contour seat option. The cracking is happening approx. an inch and a half above the seat controls on the side of the seat, on the drivers side.

My dealership says they more than likely will not cover it under warranty. The vehicles only two and a half years old and I expected the leather to last alot longer than what it has.

Firstly, has anyone else experienced this?

Second, what should I do about my dealer and getting them to cover it?
