Yeah Yeah Yeah..... I know the reason just not Apples explanation regarding
why they disagree so i'm Just stirring the pot.... If they found something
in italy's law that isn't quite right it would be interesting to know what it is.

Apple has said "“We’ve appealed the recent decision of the court as it was,
in our view, based upon an incorrect interpretation of the law"

Me? i'm just interested to see how it plays out legally.
