The SA put the new rear rims on with the 259's on the front and they drove it and the vibration went away...so something is up with the rear rims - mystery solved. I'll be selling the 2 fronts in the near future, don't know what to do with the rears...I'm guessing they could be sent to a shop to be gone over again.
