Z/R, get the manual trans fluid changed, DIY or Indie. Hope it isn't a synchro from hammering 1st-2nd gear changes by previous owner.

Wheel shudder under braking: pages of threads on the effect, but I have never read a step by step 'parts' R&R that went from A to ..., with the 'last step' eliminating the condition. The obvious look ats posted above. I would start with a quality wheel re balance, and the shop carefully inspecting front wheels for run-out. Then, maybe rotors, then front suspension with the usual suspect of thrust arm bushings. Even then, the shudder effect may 'hide' for awhile or be absent, or come back.
