I concur. If you do not have some type of monitoring system; using run flats are dangerous. They will get you by in an emergency situation for approx 40 to 50 miles. If it is not caught, you risk a blow out. Also, I don't like run flats because they are noisier, wear quicker, and are more expensive.

Why do you want to run RFT's anyways if you don't mind me asking?
