Ok.. I am trying the ammeter test but every time I remove the strap.. The car is dead.. I have tried three different grounds in the car to no avail..
I am testing the ground first by using the voltmeter on the positive terminal of the battery and the ground I am using to verify I get the 12Volts

I am using triplett 9005-a multimeter and using it on the 10amp circuit.

?? not sure what I am doing wrong
