Just get a new OE one and it will last you another 90,000 miles or so!
The problem with the cast manifold is that its not 100% compatible with the metal of the turbo flange and as both metals get upto temperatures,your bolts will loosen up !!!!!
If you dont want to buy a new OE one,get a a good professional welder to weld you the cracks and then make and weld a SS plate to strenghten it.
