I suspect if you have the code then you have the secondary MAF sensor. Check your connection to the sensor.
Part number is 11721438814 (#8 in the diagram) if you need new sensor.

Thanks for your reply rayxi, but I do not have the secondary maf. Secondary mafs are from production 10/03 and up, mine is 05/02. I have this set up:
I replaced #s 6,7,11 and the valve with entire vacuum hose.
